The Culinary Arts Academy, a two-week long course offered at Bismarck High School, just wrapped up.  Pam and co-teacher, Pam Moorman whipped the kids into shape and ended the class with an outstanding meal.

These desserts, petit gâteaus, were prepared by the students after receiving instruction from an expert in cake decoration.

Pam gives some last minute instructions to one of the students.

Another student prepares gougères, small cheese-flavored cream puffs.

Each of the students read a short statement describing part of the curriculum and the assistance the class received from people who work in the food industry.

Karen Herzog, with the Bismarck Tribune, always provides great coverage of the academy.
