Packers Meet Vikings Again

1.jpg (97569 bytes)  The Vikings spoiled the opening event in the newly renovated Lambeau Field in the Packers' first game of the season by beating the Pack 30-25.  It was the start of a shaky season for the Pack.  Nevertheless, when Dave Cantrell, far left, said a friend of his had four tickets to the rematch in Minneapolis, well, who could resist?  A shuttle took us from our hotel to and from the game.  What a deal.

5.jpg (130601 bytes)  Inside, dignitaries wandered the sideline behind the Vikings bench.  Here, former Vikings coach, Bud Grant, gets an earful from current franchise owner, Red McCombs.  Red made the headlines last week after chewing out the Vikings players when they lost their first game of the season to take them to 6 - 1, their best start in years.
