Thanksgiving East and
North
Pam and Meredith winged their way east to celebrate Thanksgiving with Reed and the Legreid/Brandt crew in Whispering Pines, North Carolina. Brent and Andrea Legreid's home is about 40 minutes from Fort Bragg where Brent and Reed are stationed.
Brent's father-in-law, Keith Brandt, lends a helping wisk.
Janet Brandt and Jeff Lindlief assist Brent with some domestic chores
Andrea and Brent display a housewarming gift made for them by Brent's
grandfather, Firemann Legreid.
Anna, Linda, Andrea, Jeff, Harold, and Brent pose outside Brent and Andrea's
home.
The next day, Reed and Brent took Pam and Meredith to the Airborne Museum in Fayetteville. Free to the public, the museum features many exhibits, a history of paratroopers from their inception in 1940, and a 24-seat motion simulator designed to give civilians an idea of what it feels like to be a paratrooper.
Next, Reed showed his Mom and Sis his quarters at Fort Bragg.
Curious about what Jim was doing up North to celebrate Thanksgiving? Thought so. You can check it out now, or wait for the link at the end of Reed's Quarters.
